MEASURING YOUR HEAD before purchase: A small metal tape measure, or a cloth tape may be used to take your measurement. If possible, have a helper do the measuring in order to get a more accurate measurement. The circumference of the head should be measured at a point approximately one inch above the eyebrows, or at whatever point gives the largest possible measurement. Then check the SIZE CHART above for a correct custom fit.

Shipping

Your item will be shipped within 24 business hours of receiving your cleared payment. We use several different carriers and will ship your item the most economical method based on your address. We use ground services, so you may see the item about a week after it has been shipped.

Returns & Claims

We describe all our items with complete honesty and integrity, providing actual product photos and a clear description of the item offered for sale.

14 days return policy, buyer can return for exchange or refund, $12 - $15 will be deducted from refund if returning a non defective item. Item must be in original condition with original packaging. All tags and accessories have to be intact and included. Otherwise, 30% restocking fee will be applied and original shipping would be deduct from refund. Buyer needs contact us before shipping back the item, otherwise it will be returned to the buyer.

However, in the unlikely event that we have shipped the wrong item, we will refund your entire purchase and shipping. Please contact us immediately for instructions.

We will process all damage claims with the carrier and may request that you return the item. Please retain original shipping containers and notify us immediately if you suspect damage in shipment.

Damage can occur due to careless handling of sensitive electronics; and for that reason, we can not accept the return of items where the factory seal is broken or the item has been installed.
