All payments must be received within 5 days after auction won.

Shipping and Handling:

By Hong Kong Post/ EMS/ DHL or FedEx, prior to our decision.

We will ship out the package within 5 business days, excluding Public Holidays and Week Ends, after the payment is cleared.

It usually takes about 7~12 business days for delivery (from Hog Kong to USA or Canada) after shipped.

For shipments outside the boundary of USA and Canada, please email us for shipping rate.

We provide tracking number when the item is shipped.

Shipping Cost and Handling Fees are calculated based on an economy air mail service and the costs of the packing materials. Please do not purchase the item if you don’t agree with the shipping.

Most items are eligible for combine shipping discount, please email us with the auction numbers for an accurate shipping rate.

Item will be wrapped good with bubble sheet in carton box. But we don’t hold any responsibilities to any damages caused by delivery.

Bewared that there might be Customs Taxes from your Country, you need to pay for. The Carrier will collect these charges when delivery. Please make sure you understand that we do not hold any responsibilities with these charges.

Warranty

Most of our items are used auto parts which were off from used cars. No Warranty or instruction manual would be provided.

Professional mechanic is suggested for installation. And be noted that we do not hold any responsibilities on the charges of the installation.

We sell the item only as listed on the title. Some pictures of the listing show how it appears after installation. The other connected parts are only for show purpose. Please email us for clarification if you have a doubt about the listing.

Return Policy:

Any defected items must be reported to us within 7 days after item received. We are willing to work out a fair solution.

Returned item must be returned to us within 14 days upon its arrival. Buyer should be responsible for the shipping fees.

If a reshipment is needed while the failure of the first delivery was caused by Buyer himself, such as in the reason of providing an incorrect postal address, Buyer should be responsible to the shipping fees of reshipment.

Please DO NOT file any claims against us when an issue is occurred. Please contact us ASAP for working out of a fair solution.
