RETURNS

In case the Item is DOA or Not As Described, I will issue a refund after it has been returned to me. Returns must be made within 5 days from arrival of Item. Buyer pays return shipping.

1) Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
2) All returned Items are subject to part verification process in order to determine that they have originated from me and have not been tampered with. Installation by non-qualified personnel and/or improper handling may void warranty.

SHIPPING INFO

I am only this one single guy. Personnel count: 1. I have no shipping departments at my disposal, no interns or employees to run errands for me, no customer service and no support department. I do everything myself: packaging, label printing, driving to the Post Office, etc. I have a job as well, and I work 10-hour shifts. That means that my handling time may be a bit longer sometimes. I strive to ship all Items within 24-48 hours since payment is received, but sometimes it can be up to 72 hours. Please take this into consideration when rating my seller performance.

No shipping possible on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays because the Export Post Office is closed.

I will gladly combine shipping on all of my Items. Please ask me for a quote if you wish to know the cost for desired Items combined, or simply buy everything that you want and I'll do the math then.

I will ship WORLDWIDE to any country which is authorized by Paypal. Please check that your Address on file with Paypal is correct, I can only ship to a Paypal registered address. This address MUST match the one given during Checkout.
