i recently bought a used car that had 1 good tire on it, this one

tire rack says new tread depth is 10/32" - i measured around the tire in several places at 5/16" but since the tire was on the car it can't be new; which is why i also listed the depth as 'close to' - just because i can't make any sense of claiming the tire has no wear.

tread looks great edge-to-edge
