• 30 Day Return Policy on all items. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returned items unless the item is deemed defective by us.

• Please be aware that USPS transit time estimates are just that, estimates. We do not guarantee delivery by any specific dates unless you have paid for Express Mail. Standard shipping should take 2-5 days but it can take up to 2 weeks.

• While we always strive to ship our orders same day, sometimes it is just not possible. If you select "Expedited Shipping?, it only refers to the USPS mail class used to ship the item (Priority), it does not refer to order processing time.

• For international buyers: Standard shipping can take up to 8 weeks for delivery. We highly recommend using USPS Priority or Express Mail.

• For international buyers: Once an item leaves US soil it is no longer traceable by the provided tracking number unless you choose USPS Express Mail.

• For international buyers: We strongly recommend that you choose the expedited shipping method. Once again, shipping times are ESTIMATES, they are not guaranteed and they are supplied by the US Postal Service, not us.
