Shipping Policy for In Stock and Drop Ship Items:

All

in stock & dropship items ship within 7-14 business days after full

payment is received but please allow 7-10 business days for delivery to

your door.

Occasionally some items sell out and are not in stock, if this happens you will be notified of when part(s) will ship.

If part(s) are backordered and cannot ship within 10 business days or less, you have two options.

1. We will give you an estimated ship date and you can wait.

2.We can mutually cancel the sale, refund your payment and leave positive feedback for one another.

International Buyers Note:

Delivery can take from 7 days up to 4 Weeks depending on your location.

BSM Exhaust Works will not alter any shipping or customs documents so please do not ask us to.

International

buyers are responsible to pay for all taxes and duties associated with

shipping any items through customs to their respective counties in a

speedy fashion.

BSM Exhaust Works will not pay any taxes and or duties associated with an international buyers part.

BSM EXHAUST WORKS RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:

If you are dissatisfied with an order, or you receive your item in damaged

condition and would like to return or exchange it, please e-mail or

call our Returns / Exchange Department within 10 days from the date you

received the product to obtain an RGA (return goods authorization)

number and information sheet. BSM Exhaust Works accepts returns and

exchanges on most products except electrical items, Traxxas radio

controlled (rc) vehicles or products marked otherwise. Battery

chargers/mainainers and rc vehicles are not returnable once the boxes

are opened. All repairs, returns or replacements of battery

chargers/maintainers & rc vehicles will be handled by the mfg. of

the product, not BSM Exhaust Works.

BSM Exhaust Works may impose a minimum restocking fee of 10% of the

price of the product in such case you will be informed of the fee amount

at the time of the return goods authorization. All items being returned

must be in new condition (unless received damaged) with all the

original parts and accessories etc. present and in its original

packaging, within thirty (14) days after receipt of RGA number. After 14

days returns may be accepted at the discretion of BSM Exhaust Works.

Returns and Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days. Customers are

responsible for the shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges.

However, BSM Exhaust Works will pay or reimburse the shipping costs if

the return is a result of our error, a manufacturing defect or shipping

damage. All items returned in non-resalable condition, or have missing

parts upon inspection will be charged an additional fee, at BSM Exhaust

Works discretion.
