• All stainless steel products are covered by limited 5 years manufacturer's warranty.
• All black powder-coated steel products are covered by limited 3 years manufacturer's warranty.
• This warranty does not cover shipping damage, misuse, mishandling, improper installation, road hazards, and impairment from accidents, product modifications, discoloration, or scratches during the life of the product.
• This warranty does not include rust/corrosion to the installation brackets over the life of the product, and only applies to new products installed on the original vehicle.
• The warranty covers the replacement or repair of any part or parts that are defective and returned to us accompanied with the purchase receipt.
• Warranty claims cannot be determined until returned products are inspected.

· Shipping cost to the 48 contiguous states is Free

. We will not ship any packages to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam & Puerto Rico

· P.O. Box and APO addresses aren't accepted. We only ship to physical addresses.

· Make sure you order the right model! 20% restocking fee will apply for unauthorized return

. We do not offer a refund if you damage the item attempting to install them. We will not pay for the return shipment!

· Most orders will be shipped within 48hrs of payment. No orders will be shipped on weekends or holidays.

· You will receive tracking information when the shipment is prepared.

· Shipping insurance is required. Please check for damages upon delivery. 

· Please allow 4-10 business days for delivery it may take longer due to carrier's error.

• Please contact us to obtain an authorization.
• Return claims made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted for any reason.

• No returns will be accepted for the following reasons:
  • Wrong item is purchased
  • Item is modified by the buyer
  • Item is damaged by the buyer

  • Errors committed by us.
  • All returns must be in original condition w/ all original equipment to qualify for a refund minus all shipping costs. shipping cost are non refundable.
