This is NOS, never mounted. Bad storage bent the flat part in the middle of the curve, but will not be an issue mounted properly. Chrome is as good as it gets. Not sure why, looking up the part number for the r75/5, comes up with 46611232975 part number, then checking all bikes that use that number, supplied above, the /5 bikes are not mentioned. Go figure.
Please do your research as to your particular fitment. Many excellent microfiche parts books are available online at sites like Max BMW. I'm not the guy to ask what will fit your bike. I make every effort to describe defects, but please accept that used parts may be dirty or have usual wear and tear. Trust my feedback. Returns: If the item is not as I described, I'll happily refund the amount of the part when I receive it, within 14 days of your receipt of the item. I will not be responsible (accept returns) if you bought the wrong part, or changed your mind. Shipping rates given are for lower 48 only. Hawaii and Alaska may well be higher. Combining multiple items: Happy to combine to save on shipping. If you plan on purchasing multiple items either from my store or auctions, please just pay via Paypal for full shipping and I will refund your savings-- many happy customers go this route and it saves everybody time on "what ifs". I ship early on Monday, Wednesday and Friday-- you'll find tracking information under "order details" after I ship. I do not ship outside of the USA.
