Vintage New Old Stock / NOS 1970's or 1980's CRAGAR Wheels tri bar or three spoke spinner / knock off style aluminum center or hub caps part number 29174. They measure 3-1/8" in diameter. They are made of cast aluminum and are the bolt through mounting. NO MOUNTING PLATES or SCREWS included. The condition is excellent ...some extremely minor shelf wear. These are near perfect!
