Vintage New Old Stock / NOS 1970's or 1980's SUPERIOR Wheels chrome aluminum center cap.  It measures 3" in diameter and is 1" in height.  I believe this is correct for 15" wheels.  It is out of the original packaging.  The condition is excellent ...very minor shelf wear.  NO MOUNTING PLATE or SCREW included.
