NOS / New Old Stock block off or delete plate FoMoCo part number C4AB-620496-A. I believe this is correct for 1964 Ford Galaxie or Custom? I also believe this is a radio delete plate. The condition is excellent with minor shelf wear....it is not perfect but it is in very nice original condition. Nice addition to any car.
