These are what I believe to be New Old Stock / NOS Plymouth Mayflower hubcaps.  I also believe that they are for 1938 1939 1940? car or truck?  They are 9" in total diameter and are chrome plated steel...NOT stainless steel.  The condition ranges from very good to excellent considering the age.  They were found out of the original mopar packaging.  I have found no evidence that these were ever installed....no scratches, oxidation or pry marks etc.  They each have some minor dings and imperfections from being bounced around from shelf to shelf to....  The chrome is pretty nice and I don't see any pitting or developing pits.  There is some minor paint loss.  These would be a great addition to any ride.
