New Old Stock / NOS 1970's or 1980's vintage mag wheel center caps made by BANDIT Wheel Accessories. They are gold plated and are tri-bar or three spoke spinner style caps. The diameter of the center hub is 3-1/4". I would assume that these are for 14" or 15" rims. They also bolt on. There are no part numbers...the inside is marked SUGICAL / Taiwan. The set did not come with bolts or backing plates. The condition is excellent with some minor shelf wear and scratches. Nice addition to any ride.
