Vintage New Old Stock / NOS 1970's or 1980's ULTRA RACING Wheels chrome and plastic center cap part number UL-3240. It measures 3-1/8" in diameter and 3-1/4" in height. It installs from the back of the wheel and is a push through style cap with a black and chrome sticker or medallion. The condition is excellent with nice chrome...minor shelf wear.
