Vintage New Old Stock / NOS 1970's or 1980's WESTERN RACING Wheels chrome and plastic center cap part number 99-2516. It measures 2-1/2" in diameter and 1-1/8" in height. It installs from the front of the wheel and is a snap on style cap with a black and chrome sticker or medallion. The condition is excellent with nice chrome...minor shelf wear.
