An order shipped from the manufacturer will be shipped by a variety of reputable carriers and we are unable to provide automated shipping confirmations of their shipments. Elaborate delivery instructions, such as directions to your house, cannot be followed. Similarly, the decision as to when or where to leave a package is left to the discretion of the carrier.
