We will repair, replace, or adjust any item deemed defective or refund the purchase price at our option.
If you replace the part with a third-party's part before allowing us to rectify the situation first,

- and the part's voltage reading before returning it to us.
If you are not able to supply this information, we may send a replacement part

If an item arrives damaged from shipping, it must be reported to us immediately
