      We accept the payment forms listed below. Payment is required within 4 days of listing end. No exceptions. At the end of the 7 day period your item will automatically be relisted for sale. An ebay item dispute will automatically be opened and you will no longer be able to access the check out for this item.

If your part fails within 3 years of its purchase date just ship it back with the original receipt and a replacement part will be supplied once the original part is received. Return of an Item


 
If you have an item to return under warranty, you the customer are responsible for the cost of shipping back to Proven Auto Parts, and the return cost of shipping for your replacement item.

 
 
If it’s not the item you needed or you decided you don’t want the item.  It can be returned within the first 30 days for a full refund of the item only.  Shipping will not be refunded and it is the customer’s responsibility to return the part in the good condition with the tamper proof sticker and/or stamping not tampered with.    Upon arrival our return team will inspect the part, tamper proof sticker and/or stamp and issue the refund it all criteria is met.

   

 For any item being sent back to Proven Auto Parts a Return Merchandised Authorization (RMA) must first be received. Do not return any item without a RMA, the item, and the original receipt of the item.
