You are looking at a"CONNECTING ROD & PISTON” for the MERCURY BLACK MAX 175 HP OUTBOARD MOTOR. This may fit other engines as well.
You get what you see in the pictures. This engine was turned into a donor engine when they ended up having problems with the lower end. It had nothing to do with the engine. In fact, it was a casing issue, not a mechanical issue at all. You will see a little discoloration on the connecting rod and piston. Just on the surface and can be wiped off for the most part. They could use a dip in their favorite thing: OIL! Everything turns nicely - including the bolts. Nothing in bad shape. I'll guarantee that to you.
