Hello,

This is a JERICO NASCAR Transmission 25 tooth ,   spline gear . It has "24 25" stamped on it. It is 1.087" wide. As far as I have been able to research , this is from a 4 speed OVAL ROAD RACE VERSION , REVISION 1 Jerico transmission. I believe that this is a main drive pinion gear that goes on the input shaft. It has a groove in the face of it to feed oil to the needle bearings on the input shaft . Please see the pictures. I am not an expert. 

It came from a top NASCAR teams racers auction that I went to back in the 1990's. It has been sitting on a shelf in my basement since then. I bought a large ammount of Super T-10 and Jerico transmission parts at racing parts auctions back then. What was I thinking? Who knows. At any rate, here is a great piece fresh from a 20 year rest.
