Shipping

Domestic orders to US states will be shipped via USPS or UPS, the item listing will identify what service we will be using.  Tracking numbers/information we be automatically emailed when item is shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours before contacting us for tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Customs fees, brokerage fees, taxes, or duties are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the cost of shipping listed on the eBay ad. Item values will be stated as the amount paid for that item (excluding shipping). We can not mark items as "gifts" or change the value.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges and returns on eligible items.  Returns on items that qualified for free shipping will have actual shipping cost deducted from refund amount.  Return shipping is the responsibitly of the buyer.  Returns must be in new condition, with the original packaging, directions, accessories, and any other item originally included.

If you are requesting an exchange all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. In addition, if you are returning an item for any reason that we are not at fault, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Prior to returning any item you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number. Return items must be complete in new, unused condition. Return items must be in original manufacturer’s packaging. All tags, labels and stickers must be attached. Please make sure all parts fit prior to altering in any way. Altered items are not returnable and non-refundable.
