Warranty Coverage All warranty claims must be processed within 90 days of item arrival, returned item will be inspected by a trained technician. If approved, shipping of the replacement part is typically covered. Misuse or improper installation will void this warranty

If we're closed, please email us with your concern and we will address it as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, reasonable requests will be considered if addressed in a timely manner. You have 10 days to resolve shipping errors or damage, so don't delay!! Please inspect all items upon receipt.
Keep Everything Please retain all factory packaging, the box, and all box padding. If you discard any of these items, we may not be able to help you.
Take Photos Please email photos. Sending photos will give us the information we need to help you. If something isn't fitting properly, maybe we can provide assistance. If Fedex has destroyed a box, and a part has been pulverized, we will need to see it. Sometimes verbal or written communication won't help, and photos will help clarify any confusion. Take photos of everything including packaging.
Don't Install It If you know something is defective or wrong, don't install it. By installing it, you will lose the ability to process a claim. |
