  • Larger Items are shipped with UPS Ground, we use USPS for smaller packages
  • Tracking numbers are provided via e-mail on shipments leaving our warehouse.
  • Most orders are shipped within 36-48 hours of payment being received.
  • Special Orders might take 5 - 10 days to ship.
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or International shipping
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Order Cancellation Policy:

There is no charge for orders canceled due to back order status or an error made by FM Wheels. Once a bid is place, or the buy now button is used, we do not cancel orders. If you do not intend pay, a non paying bidder case will be opened with ebay.  

Return Policy:

  • We do NOT accept returns on mounted wheels.
  • Special Orders = No Returns, No Refunds
  • "Used" Wheels Sold As-Is = No Returns, No Refunds
  • Mounted Wheels And Tires = Not returnable if mounted on the car.
  • Wheels Only = Must be returned in the same condition as received, and you are subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • Tires Only = Must be returned in the same condition as received, and you are subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • All returns must be in original boxes and properly packaged
  • Any wheel or set of wheels with custom paint ( none original wheel finish ) is a special order and all special order rules apply.
  • If any wheels and/or tires are returned in a used state, you are subject to an surcharge plus a 20% restocking fee.
  • All returns require a prior authorization by us before you return your items.

Manufacturer's Warranties:

Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Shipping and Damage Claims:

All shipping damages must be reported immediately within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Shipping costs are non refundable under any circumstances. We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for replacement or exchange. Damaged merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing and we will arrange for the return.

Vehicle Fitment:

We are not responsible for problems with caliper clearance, spacers, hub rings, camber kits, coil over spacing, or modified suspensions that may cause fitment issues.  We double-check all orders prior to shipment to make sure our website recommendations were accurate. In order to properly assist you, you must advise us of any modifications you have made to your vehicle such as brake upgrades, lowering kits, or other suspension modifications.  If you're unsure about fitment please contact us first with any fitment questions.
