These are two original Zenith service bulletins for the 29BBW12R carburetor used on various Dodge military vehicles in the 1940's. The first is Bulletin 241, one page, that gives a detailed description of the idle, main jet, power jet, and accelerator pump systems. It was printed in April, 1942. The second bulletin is number 252, 4 pages in pamphlet format, printed June, 1942. It gives detailed instructions for adjustments, teardown and re-assembly along with detailed line drawings to identify parts. It mentions special instructions calling attention to priming holes and plugs, vacuum passages to the manifold, air shutter adjustment, and setting adjustments for vehicles equipped with speed governors.
