Shipping
Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. These are estimated shipping times and not guarantees. We ship items out Monday to Friday. No items are shipped out on the weekends. On the off chance that we become aware of any delays or If there should be unexpected changes, we will notify you via e-mail.

International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Once the tracking number is received from our warehouse, it will appear on the transaction in your eBay account and you will be notified by email. Please make sure that your email address on file is up to date and valid.

Returns
We offer a 14-days Standard Return Policy on our eBay orders.
If you need to return your product for any reason, you can arrange for this within 14 days of receiving it. To set up a return please call the toll-free phone number provided on your order receipt. If the item is damaged, we may request photos of the damage to expedite the process. Our customer service team will provide you with a return address and Return Authorization number within a few business days. Returned products must be in their original package and must be still be new and unused condition.
If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. You will be refunded the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee to cover processing costs, when your return has been processed at the warehouse. Once the item has been return and inspected your return will be processed and completed.
Replacements
Your satisfaction with your purchase is very important to us. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged we will send you replacements free of charge. Please call the toll-free phone number on your order receipt and our customer service team will arrange this for you. Replacements generally leave the warehouse within two weeks of being ordered.
