If you were to have any warranty issues with your winch, our customer care professionals are fully trained and would work with you to determine the cause of the problem to replace the faulty part instead of trying to repair it. This way there is no cost to you for shipping the winch back to us, and often doesn’t require you to remove the winch from the vehicle.

We do this because we firmly believe that a brand new replaced part is a lot better than a repaired part on a winch that must be relied upon each and every time it's used. If you'd prefer to ship the complete winch back to us for repair, that is also an option.
