We checking all items before sending out, if you received an broken / defective
item, please take photos and send to us immediately. We only accept those cases
reported within 7 days.
Please keep all the package material , return items must be in good condition
1 to 1 replacement with same item.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We will responsible to pay
the resend package.
Shipping and insurance cost non-refundable.
TAX : Import taxes may be charged by some countries' Customs, such
as import duty, value added tax, customs clearance fees etc. We have no control
over what the tax authorities would charge and the buyers are responsible for paying
the taxes. If you have any questions about import tax, please contact the tax authorities
for more detail before bidding.
We reserve the right not to refund S&H when the item has been posted.
* The ballasts and bulbs come with 12 months limited warranty from all factory defects.
If any component fails within warranty period, we will replace the defective component
free of charge.
* Damage caused during installation is not considered as product deficiency and
will not be covered by warranty.
