Here is the Lift kit Just removed from a 1959 Jeep CJ5. This appears to be a 2.5" lift it comes with 4 Rancho RS5000 shocks and the bump stop spacers. The springs need a few bushings. This is not a cheap kit new. I am not sure what all years this will fit I get  contradicting answers but looks like 1955-1968 CJ5 and CJ6.
