Simply cut a hole in the tank. Measure the depth and then cut the pump hanger bracket to length along with the baffle / basket foam. Insert the baffle and nstall the retainer ring and gasket, then bolt the pump and hanger assembly down. That’s it. Now you have a fuel pump inside your factory tank capable of supporting big horsepower EFI or Carbureted applications and it's whisper quiet.
No more welding sumps or using up trunk space with fuel cells. No more hot fuel handling issues like vapor-lock and no more fuel slosh. The Phantom system’s internal baffle / basket controls fuel slosh and keeps the fuel pump submerged in fuel, even at low fuel levels and in aggressive driving. The best part about this whole system… its completely universal. This system will fit virtually any tank from 6” deep to 15” deep, plastic, steel, aluminum, corrugated or smooth. All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with no modifications or alterations. Returned merchandise must include all packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. If the items being returned needs to be repackaged, there will be a repacking charge.
Repack the item in a sturdy box, include a copy of your invoice and complete the form on the back of the invoice. You must ship orders back PREPAID. WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD SHIPMENTS. All exchanges need to have reshipping charges included.
All fiberglass items returned will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. No returns on electrical parts, video tapes, and books unless they are defective. Absolutely no returns on special order or closeout merchandise.
