Jmart Used Auto Parts is a home based online store selling mostly used auto parts. We however at times we offer other type items for sale. We strive to offer our buyers a good product described properly at a fair low price. We are located in Science Hill, Ky 42553. Most of our sale items are acquired from local body shops.We now are parting out cars for more inventory. We are always looking for additional inventory and inventory sources. If you have something for sale contact us as may be interested.

We do not rent, sale or share any off your into with anyone. The only info we obtain is your Name, Shipping Address and Email Address.

We usually ship our items the same day of payment or the next day but please allow up to 5 days. We only ship to a confirmed address.

We only accept paypal payments 
There will be a 6% sales tax for any Kentucky residents

We will only ship to a confirmed address.

We cannot ship to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands.
We will only ship to a confirmed paypal address. Cannot ship to a PO Box.

We normally ship our items the same day or next day after receiving payment but allow 1-3 days. We ship most items with USPS except when item is over sized we then use UPS or Fedx. In either case we do provide you a tracking number. We ship to the lower 48 US States and internationally to select countries. Each listing will show available shipping destinations. Our items are shipped from our location at 216 Stanford St, Science Hill, Ky 42553.

We do allow local pickup. Please call first to make arrangements for the pickup. Payments on pickup items must be paid using ebay and paypal just like any other purchase before picking up the item purchase. We will not accept cash payment in order to avoid ebay and paypal charges.


International/Outside of US Buyers

Import duties, taxes, and UPS Brokerage charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Feedback
We leave feedback after payment is received. We ask that you also leave a favorable feedback for us. If not satisfied contact us and we will do all we can to resolve any problem.

Many of our items are used items and may or may not have default and wear. We do however take care to describe each item as accurately as we can. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item purchased is suitable for their needs.

Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving it in same condition as it was in when seller shipped it to the buyer. Buyer must notify the seller of intent to return the item within 5 days of receiving the item. Buyer pays cost of the return. Refunds only given after seller receives item back in acceptable condition. 

In case of a refund the original shipping cost paid by the seller when the purchase item was shipped to the buyer will not be refunded to international buyers. Only the item price will be refunded. 

If an item is not returnable it will be noted on the listing of that item as non-returnable.
