FABRIC: These head rest covers are made from a synthetic leather with thin foam type backing (not as thick as genuine leather or vinyl) to cover front side of head rest with Stretchy Black Polyester Backside (the part you see from the rear seat of the vehicle) that will help conform the Head rest cover the molds and curves of standard size head rests.

INSTALLATION: These Head Rest covers slip over existing factory Head rests.

The difficulty of These Head rests Covers to install depends on the size of your head rests and on the access that you have to your head rest.
