David Clark Model H10-30 Aviation Headset.  P/N 12507G-10.  FAA TSO C57, CAT. B WT. 19 OZ.  This headset is being sold for parts or repair because I did not have access to an adapter or an aircraft to check the mic.  I did check the headphones by plugging it into my MP3 player, and it sounded good with no distortions.  The cushions around the headphones are in good condition with no tears.  The foam inside could be replaced or left as-is.  This headset is in good to very good physical condition.
