This is a brand new genuine BMW leather shift knob with the M-5 speed insert. Why is this knob different? This is a genuine BMW shift knob. Different from other BMW knobs for 2 reasons. 1) It is shorter than a standard knob by about 1 cm. 2) It is weighted. These 2 elements make your shifts smoother and shorter! Fits most manual BMW's. Everyone I have sold this knob to loves it, one person even went as far as to say it "transformed my BMW!".
