Heat Shields have no blueing (discoloration in picture is purely a result of camera flash) Pipes beneath Heat Shield shows normal blueing as would be expected ... Includes mounting hardware and installation manual ... These pipes are LOUD a quiet baffle can be purchased from any Vance & Hines Dealer if you need to quiet them down ... I purchased these new from J&P Cycles for $399.99 part # 441-930, only selling because I put my Nightster back together as purchased new to trade in over the winter on Heritage Classic Softail (Harley Dealers like bikes in stock condition for trade-ins) ...
