Return Policy

14 Day Return Policy on all items. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returned items unless the item is deemed defective by us.

The Buyer must contact us before initiating a return.

The buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

In the event of a refund, we will only refund the amount of the item. There will be no refunds of the shipping fees incurred by the buyer either during the purchase of the item or from the cost of shipping the item back to us.

The buyer MUST provide us with a tracking number for the returned item. We strongly suggest that the buyer insures the shipment. We are not responsible for any costs if the item is lost in the mail on the way to us and we will not issue a refund.

We will not ship out a replacement item until we have received the return, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

For international buyers: There will be no refund of the handling charge under any circumstances.

Shipping Policy

Most orders will ship within 1 business day but that is not guaranteed.

Please make sure that shipping address associated with your PayPal account is correct. If the address provided by your PayPal is out of date, it is not our responsibility to reship an item. If you send a message giving us a different address to ship to, there is absolutely no guarantee that we will receive that message before the item ships out. Once again, it is the BUYERS responsibility to make sure that the address on their PayPal account is correct, not ours. We will not be responsible for any costs associated with this matter.

Please be aware that USPS transit time estimates are just that, estimates. We do not guarantee delivery by any specific dates. Once an item is shipped, it is completely out of our hands. Standard shipping should take 2-5 days but it can take up to 2 weeks.

If there has been a problem with your shipment (it shows delivered but you have not received it, it is taking extraordinarily long to reach you, etc), you must contact the USPS. Unfortunately, there is absolutely nothing that we can do once it leaves our hands. It is in your best interests to contact the post office yourself as there is nothing we can do.

While we always strive to ship our orders same day, sometimes it is just not possible. If you select "Expedited Shipping”, it only refers to the USPS mail class used to ship the item (Priority), it does not refer to order processing time.

For international buyers: Standard shipping can take up to 8 weeks for delivery. If an item does get lost, it is not our responsibility. This is completely out of our hands.

For international buyers: Once an item leaves US soil it is no longer traceable by the provided tracking number. Once again, this is completely out of our hands.
