I am a sincere, disabled, seller offering qr8 quality items, some new-some gently used at very competitive prices. I scrutinize all my item(s) and my descriptions and pictures are as accurate as possible and I post them to the best of my ability, however, I am human and if I missed a defect in an item(s) description please contact me ASAP. If the item(s) is VINTAGE or USED you must expect some aging and these particulars are pointed out in the individual descriptions. I only accept PAYPAL at this time as it is the most efficient, safe way to protect your financial data and mine. If you use the BUY IT NOW feature payment is expected immediately. If you bid AUCTION style you have 48 hours MAXIMUM- but remember, the sooner you pay the sooner you will receive your GR8 item! When paying with an echeck please allow 7 business days for the echeck to clear. This can delay the delivery of your item as all payments must clear prior to shipping. If for some reason you need more time please contact me and we will work something out, however, I have the right to relist any item that has not been paid for as stated above. If you purchase an item and DO NOT pay an E-bay case will automatically open on my behalf to recoup the funds.

I only ship to the continental United States and if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau, Puerto Rico or U.S. Virgin Islands please ADD $10.00 EXTRA and allow for 2-4 ADDITIONAL days for shipping. I typically only use USPS and offer FREE SHIPPING unless it is an unusually heavy or odd shaped item or you have multiple items in your cart. When using the shopping cart PLEASE ask BEFORE paying with PAYPAL so I can adjust the cost on the invoice; shopping cart customers receive 10 percent off the entire order if the total is 2 items or more and the value exceeds $100.00; you will receive Free Shipping also as long as the package does not exceed 15lbs.  Also, I am always happy to combine shipping if items can be safely packaged together. If you require expedited shipping, at buyers expense, I will prorate from standard shipping cost, please send me a message if desired. I take gr8 pride in each individual's package and use best practices and procedures to ensure safe  and swift delivery to your door step; I also recycle and reuse packing materials when I have it.  Some items will arrive in all new packaging, some recycled since I require so many different sizes and shapes, and do not always have the right sized materials available. Additionally, if my items are a little higher it is to cover my handling costs for labor and also materials. If you have specific shipping requirements, let me know and I will do my level best to accommodate you!  Once your order has been processed and I have received CLEARED PAYMENT FROM A CONFIRMED ACCOUNT, your item will usually ship within 24 hours, whenever that is possible; taking into account weekends and holidays or weather can cause delays; I do make an effort to get your item to you ASAP!

I GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS WITH A CREDIT THROUGH PAYPAL OR STORE CREDIT, DEPENDING ON THE CIRCUMSTANCES, UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS- 




*Refund Terms and Conditions-



*Returns for item(s) must be  within 14 days of receipt of shipment


*Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges


*Return value is purchase price amount LESS original shipping charges,including FREE shipping, I still had to incur the cost, and LESS 15% restocking fee. Secondarily, a potential credit depending upon the circumstances.


*Buyer must contact the seller BEFORE returning an item. I require a picture showing me proof of the difference in description e-mailed to me in .jpg format. Also, with a reason which complies with the below Terms and Conditions, as well as E-bays Category Returns Policies. If I made an error,a decision will be made within 48 business hours and I will gladly accept the return, you will be contacted with an RMA No. prior to returning the item.
  

*Once an RMA is issued the buyer has 5 business days to return the item(s)in accordance with the below conditions


* Item(s) must be returned with ALL ORIGINAL packaging and accessories i.e.: 

  * All packaging such as boxes, bags, and tags-attached  accessories such as cords and remotes 

    * Certificates, manuals, and warranty cards 

    * Free gifts or bonus item(s)

    * All item(s) included in a lot or bundle

* Please ensure your RMA No. is on the shipping label or package, as well as on a packing slip with address’ inside the package, this helps if by remote chance the label falls off, they can open the package and route it accordingly

* The item(s) must be returned by traceable means, signature required is recommended


* After I have  received the item(s) and confirmed the item(s) condition is as reported, I will issue a refund by crediting your PAYPAL account within 5 business days; OR give you a credit if the decision warrants. 


* Item(s) must be in EXACTLY the same condition as you received it; in a situation where shrink wrap has been removed this drastically reduces its resale value.  In such a case, if I accept the return, an additional 25% will be deducted from the purchase price; unless you can provide substantial evidence that the item(s) is defective
  

* If the package does not arrive and you do not use a traceable method to return it or if you REFUSE the shipment as a method of return, THE ITEM(S)WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
 

* If item(s) are sold as A LOT or BUNDLE- ALL item(s) included in subject LOT / BUNDLE must be returned under the RMA assigned; partial lots returned WILL NOT be issued a refund.  Similarly, the remaining pieces of a LOT/BUNDLE WILL NOT be accepted under separate cover and ARE NOT eligible for a refund


* If the item(s) is valued at $250. or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise; insurance is the buyers responsibility


* If the item(s) are lost or damaged during transit time; the buyer should open an eBay Buyer Protection case, and they will look into the matter,the Seller will assist when required


* If the buyer received the item(s) late or it arrived beyond the estimated delivery date- DUE TO THE CARRIER- the buyer CANNOT request a refund or shipping credit. Again, the buyer should open an eBay Buyer Protection case, and they will look into the matter, the Seller will assist when required


* Media item(s) (for example, movies, music, video games, and software) must be  unopened and still in their plastic wrap, if the item(s) arrived without shrink wrap it is NOT returnable. If you have substantial evidence that the item(s) is damaged or never functioned I will consider the possibility of a refund, however, unwrapped-used item(s) in this category are all tested prior to posting for auction
  

* Shoes and clothing must be unworn, other than trying it on, please wear under garments and refrain from lotions, deodorant and perfume; they must be returned exactly the way you received it.  Special event outfits i.e.: gowns, dresses as annotated, shoes and bags as annotated, must be returned meticulously as received
   

* Any item(s) personal beauty products, i.e.: make up, lotions etc., or food related item (s) i.e.: herbs, spices, are NOT refundable if the seal(s) are broken  


* Jewelry and watches that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will NOT be accepted for return


* Any item(s) that the Sellers description was honestly accurate, not withstanding vintage and/or used, will be thoroughly assessed after the fact, as necessary, and action will be taken posthaste.
