1991-2003 Harley Sportster Polished Stainless Engine/ Gearcase Bolt Kit

This is our new and improved 91-03 Harley Sportster Engine and Trans Kit. We now include more fasteners. We remove the lettering and polish the bolts by hand on buffing equipment. The polished washers in the kit are custom made for us to our specs. Extra thick with smaller center holes for a better fit. We now use better labeling on the component kits making installation easier than ever before.

The knurl on the bolts has not been polished off. We leave the knurl on the bolts for those who want the original look.

Let us know the year and model Sportster you have at the time of purchasing. We want ensure the proper items are sent with the kit.

We also offer our Show Polishing. We remove all stamps and marks and polish the heads to a mirror finish. The bolts have the appearance of Chrome without the headaches. This service is extra on the price of the kits. Let us know if you want this service at the time of ordering and we can price this for you.
