All items unless stated otherwise should be considered used. This includes clothing.
We live in a smoke free home. This does not mean that the clothing has not been next to a campfire or next to someone that did smoke, or snowmobile suits that have been near snowmobile exhaust. Not all clothing for sale originated from our house. All clothing that can be laundered by normal means will be laundered at my home in a washing machine before being offered for sale. If your allergies are such that they prohibit you from purchasing anything but new clothing, please do so.
Clothing size, if on a tag, is stated as such. I also offer measurements on crucial areas for your comparison. These measurements should be given presidents over size tags, as the tag may not differentiate between children’s and adult sizes. There will be no returns on clothing so please bid accordingly.
If you see an item on a person (old guy with beard) that’s me. I’m 5’ 8” and #160. This is for your comparison, like “Holy crap does that look good on him” or “What the heck is he trying to prove putting that sweet jacket on an old geezer”. I’m just trying to show the item in a better light than hanging on a hanger against an old bed sheet.
All items are sold as is, larger items like snowmobiles and motorcycles are as is where is. (See shipping) There are no warranties on anything.

99 cent auctions are just that, no reserve, no long description, one picture. All other services apply.
All Leather items
All leather items, jackets, coats and vests are used, their condition is listed below. I do NOT buy or sell the crappy jackets that are made with hundreds of small pieces sewn from the scraps off the factory floor. None of the items have been cleaned but neither are they significantly soiled.
Please see condition key below:
New: New with opened/unopened original box or New without original box.
Mint: As good as new but delicately used.
Excellent: Very nearly mint condition, encountered some use.
Very Good: Limited flaws, working condition
Good: Some wear, better than fair, not quite very good. Very usable will not pass as new. Often just well broke-in.
Fair: Significant wear, some imperfections, functional and useable. I rarely sell items in this condition.
Snowmobiles and other vehicles:
Please understand when bidding on an item especially the used snowmobiles, motorcycles, mini bikes, go carts (and other vehicles) that I occasionally have for sale that you are given the full auction period to come out and look the unit over before making a decision to bid or not. Once you have made that decision (to bid), it is a bid to own, not the right or option to “kick tires and make offers” that ship has sailed. Most of these sleds are vintage / antique /old and or inexpensive and should be viewed as such. They come without warranties. I do my best to describe all my auctions as best as I can and I do so cautiously to avoid potential problems. Please choose the correct machine for the correct purpose and know your limit and ride within it. I have very few problems and would like to keep it that way for everyone’s sake.
Bidding:
Believe it or not there are some people out there bidding on auctions without any intent of following through with their legal obligation of payment. This as you might guess is a waste of my time and screws other legitimate bidders out of a legitimate auction. This also put a financial burden on the seller for fees not collected through normal payment. I will, on or immediately after deadline for payment lodge a dispute for payment with eBay.
Because of the above I will reserve the right to accept or decline bids from anyone with a rating of 5 or less without prior agreement. This will include two ways, other than eBay, to contact you directly.
Snipers:
I love snipers; we make the end of auctions interesting. However please be advised that many of my items are for sale locally and a bird in the hand is worth two snipers in the bush (money talks….). I will, however, NOT sell locally once I have received a legitimate bid through EBay. So if you think you want it and the starting price is within reason, bid. Bid high and bid often.
Payment:
Payment can be made through PayPal. Payments other than PayPal are no longer accepted through eBay; this is their policy and allows them to make more money under the guise of safety. I cannot even mention that I do not accept them by name without being cancelled. For other payment options please contact me directly. Cash is always accepted at pick up. Funding your PayPal purchase with monies from a bank account will be held by Paypal / eBay for four business days. This is a PayPal / eBay policy.
Payment must be received in US funds within 7 days or item will be re-listed and proper feed back left.
Returns:
Please ask any question before bidding. Check my feedback. I'm not looking to give or receive problems. Neither you nor I want any surprises.
I make every attempt to give an honest appraisal on the items I sell. If you find this is not so please contact me and allow me the opportunity to make a correction. It is rare, but this happens.
Leaving unfavorable feedback before allowing time for me to respond will not encourage me to make any adjustments to you. I usually have access to a computer during auctions, however I may be away from my computer for a week or more at a time after the auction, please take this under consideration.
If I have sent the wrong item, I will see that you receive the correct item you won without additional cost to you. If for some reason I can not (i.e. I sent your item to someone else and they refuse to return it) I will refund your purchase price including shipping. This has yet to happen.
Unless I have sent the wrong item, shipping to you and return shipping to me, is the responsibility of the buyer.
Fragile item are normally insured please notify me of any breakage. I pack your item with utmost care but “Things Happen” between here and there. Please be ready to show proof of damage (i.e. picture) so I can show proof to the shipper for insurance purposes.
I am not looking for problems and hope you will do the same.
Shipping
I charge only actual shipping charges. No other charges unless stated on larger items requiring additional service.
I will combine all other winning bids from my other auctions to save on shipping.
Shipping calculator is for an estimate only as lately I have seen it give both incredibly high and low calculation (as well as very accurate). I will make every attempt to fit your item into a USPS flat rate priority box. This alleviates most shipping cost problems.
FREE SHIPPING, IF OFFERED, regardless of shipping service shown, I will usually use the most economical service available to me. I will upgrade from parcel post to priority cost if the cost is reasonable, this will be done at no additional cost to you. Free shipping will not be offered on 99 cent auction. Free shipping will not be offered unless stated in original description.
There is no charge for local pick up.
Large items like snowmobiles and motorcycles can be picked up here (14033) at no charge. At this time I can no longer deliver for free (because of equipment availability).

I will upon receiving feedback, leave feedback. I do this with the hopes of rectifying any problem.
Please understand leaving feedback before allowing me to fix a problem will not motivate me to fix that problem.
