Correct Nissan replacement for all 1979-1983 Datsun 280ZX's.
These are the two bumpers that are found on the corners of the rear hatch door. If yours haven't been replaced, they're probably cracked, rotted, covered with paint overspray, or missing altogether.

BRAND NEW, factory-fresh. (Nissan packaging, shown in the picture, may not be included, as these were bulk-packaged.)
