This is from the estate of a long time Ford employee. He had a horde of NOS parts and some we were able to bring to you here. This is a 1940s Lincoln accessory utility magnetic light. Plugs into the cigarette lighter and has a magnet on the base. Never used. Still has paper instructions and beautiful box.
