Our cylinders are not factory cylinders that have been bored out; they are brand new cylinders, designed to stand up to the increased pressure that comes from larger displacement, while retaining a stock look. In addition, they are Nikasil-coated, allowing for tighter piston to cylinder clearance, giving you more power for your machine. All of our cylinders are machined and plated in the U.S. and are hand-matched with a Vertex Piston, so you are guaranteed the best piston to cylinder fit. The only thing the installer needs to do is to check and adjust ring-end gap, if necessary.
