GENERAL POLICY

All sales are final. Checkout must be completed and payment must be received within 10 days after winning the item.
Once payment had been received by us, orders are to be processed and sent to our warehouse immediately, therefore NO CHANGES can be accommodated.
We reserve the right to cancel any transaction.
Please update your shipping address on ebay and paypal before placing the order. For any returned/undeliverable package, reshipping fee will be charged.
If a package need to be rerouted, buyer is rerouting fee charged by shipping carrier.
Some of our items may not be legal for street use in some states. It is your responsibility to check your local law enforcement for street use.
All shipping and handling fee will not be refunded.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Warranty Period: 60 Days from the date of purchase, We are not responsible for any return or exchange after the warranty period has expired. No exceptions.
Warranty covers items broken during shipping or manufacture defect, please inspect your item immediately and report to us within 14 days. Picture of all issues must be provided in order to receive a proper resolution.
Or buyer's remorse, or if item is less than expected or incorrect item purchases. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost (restocking fee may be applied). Items must be returned in unused condition within 14 days.
Item returned without authorization or RMA # will refused and returned back to buyer.
All items will be inspected upon return. Inspectation is required prior to any refund/exchange. If the item is not in its original condition when return, it will be subjected to a fee of 15-20% and your full refund will not be guaranteed.
