Measure width, length and mattress thickness. We make this set to fit a mattress that is up to 8 inches thick. The top sheet has elastic sewn into the hem at the bottom end of the sheet. This creates a snug fit AND making the bed in tight quarters is much easier!!
These sheets are brand new, made of a specially selected cotton, polyester blended percale with 210 threads per inch.
The fabric is a bright white with a colored bias trim into the hem on the top sheet and the pillowcases.
