EASY TERMS

PAYMENT:

• 99% of customers use PayPal.  If you need to use another method of payment, please contact us prior to placing a bid.
• Payment must be received no later than 3 days after the auction ends. 

BIDDING REQUIREMENTS:

• No international, foreign, or overseas bidders allowed unless otherwise stated in the ad itself, or by special request from international bidders that show high positive feedback ratings.  Restrictions on shipping to foreign locations will be removed on a case-by-case basis.

SHIPPING DETAILS:

• Shipping is normally to the USA only.  (This includes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).  Exclusions are APO addresses.  Buyers who live at APO addresses must contact the seller prior to bidding for permission to bid.  If your address is an APO address and you win, you may be charged extra shipping costs to your location.  Do not pay until you have received an invoice showing the added shipping costs, if applicable.  Extra shipping charges will not be applied if the cost is the same as shipping to a normal US address.)
• All items shipped will receive a USPS or FedEx tracking number.  To track your package, click on the “View Order Details” link on the Ebay listing you have won, then click the numbers following “Shipment Details.”  A window will pop up, giving you the latest tracking info.
• Shipping costs may be reduced if a buyer purchases more than one item in a 5 day period, and the items can be shipped together to a single address.
• All items sent via USPS include Delivery Confirmation, a cost that is included in the stated shipping charge. 
• Small items under $100 are not automatically insured unless otherwise stated.  These smaller items are normally shipped via USPS.  If you are worried about loss or delivery damage, you may insure your item by adding the appropriate USPS insurance amount to the final cost.  Please contact us before payment is made so that the proper insurance amount can be added to your final invoice.  
• Larger, bulkier items under $100 will be shipped via Fed-Ex Ground and automatically insured for up to $100 of value. 
• All items over $100 are always insured for the purchase price (actual value) only and are usually shipped either Priority Mail or Fed Ex Ground.  (Actual shipping costs are not included in the insurance coverage.)
• All items are normally shipped the following business day after payment is received, and no later than two business days after payment is received.

REFUNDS AND FEEDBACK:

• All items are sold "as is".  No returns, refunds, or replacement on automobile parts, electronic items, computer software, computer hardware, coins, jewelry, items listed “for parts or repair”, or on any new factory sealed item that has been opened by the buyer.
• Returns may only be negotiated if the item has been grossly misrepresented, or the ad appears intentionally misleading.  A partial refund may be granted on this basis.  Every effort is made to fully inspect and describe each item in detail including any visible defects or operational malfunctions.  If an item has not been tested, or only minimally inspected, it will be so stated in the ad.
• Shipping costs cannot be refunded.  No item will be fully refunded if not returned.  All returned items are charged a 10% restocking fee.  Items not returned within a reasonable time will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
• All photos shown in ads depict actual items for sale unless otherwise stated in the ad.
• Feedback is important!  We give the same or similar feedback after we receive feedback.  This is done to ensure that all problems, if any, are resolved beforehand.  We do not consider a transaction complete until all problems are resolved and all parties are satisfied.
