 If your seat seems to sag and is not as comfortable as it used to be, your current foam and diaphragm has likely failed.

The Discovery 2 Base Foam from Exmoor Trim USA has been specifically designed to increase ride comfort by introducing foam layers that react to the body shape and weight, whilst remaining hard wearing.

The new Foam is supplied as a kit with fitting guide. We also offer our new Discovery 2 diaphragm which we do advise you purchase if you are replacing the foam this will give the best possible finish.

The sides of the base foam have a velour top layer that allows the cover to rub against without corroding either the foam or trim cover, a common fault with the original foams.
