Up for sale by Safari Heritage Parts and Exmoor Trim USA is a replacement front seat diaphragm. 

This is the part that supports the seat foam.  If your seat seems to sag and is not as comfortable as it used to be, your current diaphragm has likely failed.

The Discovery 2 Front Diaphragm from Exmoor Trim USA has been specifically designed to increase ride comfort by introducing extra mounting points that aid the base foam in reacting to the body shape and weight.

The new Diaphragm is supplied as a kit with fitting guide. We also offer our new Discovery 2 base foam which we do advise you purchase if you are replacing the diaphragm this will give the best possible finish.

The new diaphragm has additional metal mounting pins that we have added to the tooling and have been able to strengthen the diaphragm over all and eliminate the common fault of the foam being sliced through by the diaphragm over time.

To install we advise you to remove the foam with the cover still attached to it, this makes for an straightforward job, without struggling under the seat
