This mirror came from a conversion company and was removed from a truck that was being converted to a toter with a wide load mirror bar. It is in good condition. The mount brackets show signs of having the mount bolts removed with a cut off wheel. Please ask questions to make sure this will fit your equipment. The mount brackets have these Peterbuilt numbers on them: Upper bracket: 18 03766R 13097 AA B
