Here for sale are the disc brake parts that came off of a 1979 Ford Granada with a 6 cyl engine.  If you have a 1964 thru 1973 Ford Mustang, Falcon, Fairlane, Maverick or Mercury Cougar or Comet than this is what you need to buy to changeover your drum brakes to disc brakes.

 If you do any type of modification to your Ford, than this should be at the top of your list.  Disc brakes make your car stop like a modern era car.  You will never have to worry about going through a puddle as disk brakes never fade when they get wet unlike drum brakes.

What you see in the pictures is what you get.  This includes the caliper holder/spindle, dust shields, hardware and proportioning valve.  I guarantee your satisfaction with all parts except for the proportioning valve as I have no way to test it.  Due to the fact that these came off of a 1979, these come with the extra air diverters (the tan plastic pieces on the dust shields).  These are in good condition and all of the mounting tabs are intact.  These air diverters were not on the earlier 75 thru 77 models.  

  There is some surface rust on the dust shields.     The surface rust can just be lightly sanded off and painted if you wish.   The spindles are nice and clean with no gouge marks or nicks where the bearings ride.  

You will still have to buy the rotors, brake pads, wheel bearings and seals, calipers and tie rod ends but those items can be bought at your local parts store.

These parts came off of a 6 cylinder automobile.  These parts are the exact same parts that were also used on the 8 cylinder models.  Just go onto an online parts store such as rockauto and check the parts numbers for the pads and rotors and any other parts between the 8 cyl and the 6 cyl and you will see that they use the same parts. 

To find out how to do this, just Google "Granada disc brake swap" or "Granada disc brake changeover" or "Hemmings Granada".  This setup used an 11 inch rotor.
  
I also have the old calipers.  You can have them for free, BUT I have to charge 12.00 extra to cover the extra shipping.  You may want these to get your core deposit back at the parts store on your new calipers.  Check out your parts store core deposit price to see if its worth the 12.00 extra shipping.  Again, you decide if you need these or not.  If you want the calipers, do not pay until I send you an updated invoice.  Just drop me a note that you want them after the auction is over.
