Up for auction is a NOS (new) MK3 Jetta/Golf OEM Votex Roof Rack part number 1HO 071 125.  I have read elsewhere that these were made by Thule for Votex and designed for the 1999+ model Golf MK3 series.  Do your homework before purchasing.  The kit is complete with all the parts listed in the installation manual.  The box is a bit beat up but the rack is new.
