      Fork link cover made of real carbon (or texalium fiber on order) to replace the original steel
        part for Vespa scooters. Made with infusion method to achieve best resin/carbon
        fiber ratio, maximum rigidity and exceptional appearence.

   This part receives multiple clear coatings with sanding in between, until we achieve a high gloss
       "pin-hole" free (common problem for composites) surface.

       Great attention is given to this process because a carbon fiber part can show its full beauty
       only with a smooth and glossy surface.

       Every product you can see in our store is handmade, produced with great care and ceaselessly
       inspected during the entire process.

       Plugs:

      For the special plugs we make we use only high quality aluminium bars made in Europe.
        Free of porosity and very polishable. Our plugs are provided with rubber gaskets made of
      Neoprene.

      Composites:

      For our composites we strictly use epoxy resin which is much superior and expensive than
      vinylester and polyester resins. UV resistant, elastic and crack free, great clarity, longevity are just
      some of the advantages epoxy resin has to show.

      All of our composites are either infused or made with a special low cost method that we developed
      and we can not reveal.
